David Fritz is a Marine Corps veteran and accomplished business leader with over 40 years of experience in business ownership, international sales, and marketing management. His expertise spans manufacturing, construction, and building technologies, including HVAC, security systems, lighting, and commissioning across commercial and residential sectors.

But it was his battle with cancer that taught David life's most profound lesson: we are stronger together than we ever are alone.

Thirty-five years ago, David sketched a simple design of three interconnected elements representing unity. When cancer entered his life, that drawing transformed into a powerful symbol of survival. Surrounded by dedicated medical professionals, loving family, and steadfast friends, David discovered that healing is a team effort where "me" (the patient), "you" (the caregivers), and "we" (the community) come together to create something greater than ourselves.

Known for his generous spirit, competitive drive, and infectious love of life, David now channels his passion for teamwork into Me-You-We, a company built on the belief that no one should face their toughest moments alone.
